The following are resources my husband Rand and I use to improve our health:
“The Caring Neurologist” is neurologist Dr. Sandeep Thakkar’s podcast that supports the needs of people with Parkinson’s Disease. Look for it wherever podcasts can be found.
“How Not To Die”, a book by Dr. Michael Greger, details the 15 top causes of death in the USA, then makes recommendations for avoiding them with changes to diet. Parkinson’s Disease is number 14.
